Sr Vice President of Construction and Development

Manage the development, construction, financing, legal and administration for multiple Medical Office Building projects resulting in the completion of construction of assigned projects in accordance with approved development cost budgets. Manage the marketing, leasing and or sales of assigned projects resulting in the achievements of approved operating cash flow forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business management , real estate or a related field with MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years experience in real estate development or related activities required. Thorough understanding of building industry codes, building standards, building operations, and the process to secure permits, entitlements and variances working with government municipalities. Previous experience with $5M and larger projects.
