As a Senior Product Manager, you will interact with, a co-promotion partner, CR& D, regulatory, medical, legal, as well as outside agencies, to support the development and implementation of a pre/post launch strategy and tactical plans for the late stage phase III compound Bifeprunox. Your responsibilities will include the coordination and management of key activities related to creating and implementing a strategy and tools to ensure product access. Additional responsibilities may include areas of generating awareness and interest. You will prepare presentations and written reports summarizing annual objectives, budget, forecast, key projects and time lines which you will present regularly to a co-promotion partner and senior management. Your duties will also include the coordination and management of the joint business planning process as well as being the key liaison with HCSM and Zone liaison.
A Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business/Business Management or life sciences. In addition to a Bachelors degree, the preferred candidate will have 7 - 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry that includes sales, project management and a minimum of 5 - 7 years of marketing or marketing related experience. An MBA or other advanced degree is desirable but is not required. Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills are required as well as demonstrated ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.
