Sr. Enterprise Solutions Representative
Position Summary
Strong Industry professional with established networking and contacts responsible for new business development and account management activities specifically focused on the expansion of strong customer relationships within a defined geographic territory. The position entails all aspects of solutions sales and marketing including, but not limited to, developing a formal written Territory Business Development Plan.
Primary Responsibilities
•Identifying, qualifying and capturing new business opportunities by presenting advanced integrated solutions that address convergence, IP telephony (VoIP), network switching, routing and security, wireless networks and physical security.
•Works closely with other AFL professionals to identify customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
•Responsible for developing new accounts and new contacts.
•Prepares, presents and reviews solutions and quotations to prospective customers to close sales opportunities.
•Achieves sales objectives as detailed in the marketing compensation plan. Measurement includes specific criteria pertaining to total revenue and profitability.
•Responsible for developing a comprehensive Business Development Plan that establishes short and long-term goals and objectives that are measurable from year to year. Plan should demonstrate the Senior Account Executive's knowledge of the customer, competition and prevailing technologies. The plan is to be presented to upper management on a yearly basis and updated at least twice per year.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Education and Experience
•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Sales, Marketing or Business from a four-year college or university or equivalent; five years’ experience in outside sales. Sales experience in telecommunications and networking with a focus on IP telephony is required. Knowledge of physical security systems and wireless networks a plus.
•Development and presentation of comprehensive sales proposals.
•Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Public speaking experience is a plus.
•Current industry-related licenses and certifications are also advantageous.
