Sr. Business Analyst - CEFS Product Development

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.You will work with business and technology partners to collect, analyze, and document business requirements across Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS) equity compensation product lines. You will manage project deliverables from scoping through implementation. Your duties include creating project plans, running/documenting project meetings, tracking/resolving action items, updating business processes, keeping stakeholders informed, etc. You will work with the Technical teams and Quality Assurance to ensure deployment of products that meet requirements. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of Project Management experience complimented by experience with technology-based financial products and services with the ability to communicate (both oral and written) with internal and external clients. You are knowledgeable in financial services, including experience with securities operations and transactions processing. You can work autonomously with good judgment, decision making, and risk-management skills.
