Founded in the Washington DC Metro Area, Venture Marketing Solutions is a privately owned corporation, where our young and ambitious marketing firm is taking our industry to new heights. Venture Marketing Solutions is hiring for entry level sales and marketing positions. Venture Marketing Solutions was created to acquire and retain business consumers in a personalized manner for our Fortune 500 clients. By gaining a competitive advantage in the marketplace, an outsourced Venture Marketing Solution's sales and marketing campaign produces the rapid, dramatic, and continued success that our Fortune 500 clients are seeking.

Our two primary clients have adjusted their advertising budgets for the upcoming quarter in order to increase their own market share. Our firm’s immediate needs due to this adjustment are to increase our staff, upgrade our suites, and open 3 additional corporate offices in the Greater DC Metro area.

We are seeking applicants that want to be a part of a growing firm who want both stability and challenge. All positions are growth oriented and ambitious. These positions are to be filled in our Washington DC/ Northern Virginia location.

A 'Management Trainee' with Venture Marketing Solutions will receive training in the following areas:

* Team leadership and team development, sales and marketing campaigns, public speaking

* Identifying personal preferences; committing to learning company infrastructure.

* Learning products, processes, and procedures by observing and helping employees; completing assignments; studying specifications.

* Reviewing learning by exchanging observations with operating Team Leaders and training subordinates.

* Developing knowledge by participating in internal and external educational opportunities; reading professional and technical publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

We are looking for applicants equipped with ambition and instinct who are looking to break into the business and marketing industry. Our firm seeks individuals who will provide a return on 'our investment' of time and spirit, as well as individuals who can demonstrate the class and integrity we promise to our clients and which our clients wholly deserve. We do offer hands-on training and development. Compensation on pay for performance basis.

Selected applicants will work with some of top trainers in our industry, Fortune 500 clients and will have optional travel opportunities.
