Small Business Sales Representative 100 % COMM

This position is 100 % commission based.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new sales for Commercial accounts. Giving presentations, preparing proposals and contracts, closing deals, following up with customers, and meeting sales quotas within an assigned territory are the functions of this position. This position requires a highly-motivated, results-oriented individual with a “can do” attitude.
Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive are essential.

Small Business

Working primarily from both an active lead pool and self-generated lead pool, this position is responsible for securing profitable package sales and upgrades to new Small Business customers. Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post installation follow-ups.

Candidates for this position will typically have previous sales experience. They may have a small amount of business to business sales experience and/or have been in a mix of residential and business sales and are ready to take their career to the next level.





This position is responsible for promoting and selling security services and technology in a territory management strategy, leveraging relationships and closing new business.

The training wage starts at $1650 per month plus commission with the first year average earning potential of $40,000- $100,000+ depending on experience and position. Once you have successfully completed the training period, this position is 100 % commission based.
