SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, EXECUTIVE SEARCH DIVISION

Jacobson Executive Search, the retained search division, has developed a reputation for the highest level of service to the industries it serves. In recent years the division has grown substantially which has created the need for a newly created business unit leader role.

We are seeking a polished executive to join our organization as a Senior Vice President in our Chicago office. The selected individual will be responsible for the growth, profitability and operational oversight of the executive search division. The Senior Vice President will refine the overall sales strategy and service delivery approach of the division to ensure that all clients receive consistent, best in class retained search services and in turn produce target top-line and bottom-line results.
REQUIREMENTS
Consulting Firm Experience in correlation with Insurance
Sales Management Experience/Strong Leadership skills
Successful level of Business Development
Strategic thinker
15+ years business experience
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
