Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides full life-cycle recruiting support for the Talent Acquisition team. This position manages all aspects of recruiting by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team and client groups to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and staffing strategies to hire the right people into the right jobs while ensuring legal, social and company standards are met and exceeded. The Specialist will take a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements to include: attracting, sourcing & screening applicants using a variety of innovative sourcing techniques while staying abreast of developing market conditions & trends. This includes:
Identification of competitive companies; key skills needed within the business, and design of proactive sourcing strategies to fulfill client requests.
Development of structured and repeatable candidate pipeline strategies and organization and consolidation of data sourcing tools used throughout the organization.
Partnership with other business functions to ensure effective succession planning and development of internal talent pipelines.In addition, the Specialist will provide a high level of customer service to potential employees, hiring managers and talent acquisition team members, and will serve as an effective liaison for the Talent Acquisition Department with special emphasis placed on candidate and client group experience.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline required or the equivalent in relevant work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment required.
Executive search experience a plus. Experience with HR-related technology (ie. BrassRing, SAP) a plus. The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and be results-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation skills are required. Strong organizational and follow-through skills and a proven ability to interface with all levels of the company are essential. In addition, the candidate must have a demonstrated ability to:
Collaborate effectively with employees at various levels on complex group projects.
Adapt to a variety of issues with successful outcomes with an open mind to new ideas and approaches.
Prioritize and carry out responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
The candidate must be proficient in advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and PowerPoint.
