Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiting)



Summary/Objective:


To screen and interview candidates qualifications in a minimum amount of time in a professional manner as well at network and recruit in outside locations. Take leadership role in Talent Acquisition office as 2nd in command to the Talent Acquisition Manager.



Experience/Education:

· College degree preferred.

· Call Center Experience
Responsibilities:



· Ability to assume leadership role and master all procedural tasks of Talent Acquisition Manager in the event of the manager’s absence.

· Drive projects and motivate co-workers to meet and exceed project goals.

· Provide Talent Acquisition Manager with brief summary of all job fairs, professional organizational meetings, etc., attended by lead recruiter with two days of event.

· Develop and maintain good relationships with all co-workers and staff. Help foster a sense of teamwork within the Talent Acquisition office and call center.

· Have a clear understanding of all projects. Take a proactive approach in learning criteria, profiles, numbers and dates.

· Establish five new contacts per month and report to Talent Acquisition Manager on 1st of the month. Maintain on-going relationships and networking.

· Attend job fairs.

· Conduct all interviews for customer service, sales associates, supervisory and administrative / clerical positions.

· Assess and screen all applicants.

· Maintain effective lines of communication with managers, departments and corporate staff.

· Knowledge of job descriptions and profile of all applicants being interviewed.

· Follow through with applicants, agencies and departments.

· Contact qualified applicants to make job offers.

· Handle telephone inquiries regarding application procedure and rehiring status.

· Attend operations and training meetings as necessary.

· Reference and background checks.
