Senior Sales Representative - North Florida

Facility Type: OutpatientPosition Schedule: Full TimeJob Description:HEALTHSOUTH Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative for the North Florida region (Orlando area northward). This individual is responsible for increasing referal volume, same store growth, and net revenue for the Physical Therapy service business in their specific geographic territory to meet and/or exceed sales quotas monthly, quarterly and annually. Sales will focus heavily on case management departments of large employers, third party administrators, and managed care companies. Individuals will develop business plans to target activities which result in effective selling efforts and provide management with synopsis of potential opportunities and challenges. Communicate with Regional Sales Director on all pertinent issues in a timely fashion and deliver reports requested by mgmt in a thorough and complete fashion. Maintain territory growth within established expense budget, and work in collaboration with facility operations to ensure appropriate resource allocation to manage patient volume.Worker's Compensation Insurance experience is a MUST. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and min. 3-5 years professional sales exp. with large employers, TPAs, and MCOs working in a consultative sales environment, with a proven record of achievement.
