Our growing sales division targets the Asian population and we're looking for a seasoned, outgoing Sales Rep to compliment our fun, but hard-working team. We have a strong image in the Chinese community and we're looking for the right person to help drive our continued expansion into other populations/segments.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Market the Oxford Medicare line of products to Medicare beneficiaries in all five Burroughs focusing on the Chinese population.
Acquiring leads through community organizations/contacts, pharmacies, physicians and insurance brokers.
Hosting group seminars, one-on-one sales meetings and house calls.
Spending most of your time in the field on sales appointments.
Entering leads/applicant information in our database.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
Candidates MUST have sales experience and be fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A college degree is also required.
Stellar computer and relationship management skills are essential.
A solid understanding of the New York Chinese community and the ability to make group presentations are preferred.
Healthcare industry knowledge, experience in individual health sales and a sales license to sell insurance are definite pluses.
