Senior Sales Executive

About Us-
Based in Skokie, IL, PayNet is an information services company leading a revolution in the small business lending industry. The Payment Information Network at www.paynetonline.com is a database of commercial credit information on privately held small and medium sized businesses.

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for the sales lifecycle of designated accounts, interfacing directly with senior level management of commercial lenders including banks, finance companies and credit card issuers. Responsibilities include prospecting, account analysis, sales, and account management for all assigned accounts.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop personal sales plan
Create and make presentations to small groups
Utilize a consultative sales approach
Identify and create dialogue with senior level management at prospects
Identify main business issues working with your contacts
Develop value propositions that solve prospect's business issues
Develop a buying "vision" for senior management
Interface with technical and analytical people to deliver solutions
Experience calling on senior executives within an organization
Good work habits including tracking prospects, follow-up on calls and recording prospect contact info and interactions
Ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications –
The ideal candidate has:
Fifteen plus years experience in direct selling and developing account relationships using a consultative approach
A track record of success in over-achieving targets and building relationships
The ability and perseverance to initiate "cold-calls" and overcome objections
A self-starting, team-oriented, and innovative attitude focused on routinely delivering high quality results
Excellent communication (written and presentation) skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages in a professional manner
The ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
The ability to contribute and foster creative new ideas
Previous financial industry experience highly desirable
BA/BS degree
