Senior Sales Executive (50K base - 100K Total First Year)

Senior Account Executive Our client has over $6 Billion in revenue; Our Client is a 50+-year-old Fortune 300 company; continually experiences profitability and stability in an ever-changing business landscape. Our client is hiring in a progressive division that provides HR outsourcing and payroll processing targeting the 10.5 million small business market place.

Our clients services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry among other industries.


-Displays business maturity in ability to practice a sales process similar to the Six Steps of the Sale.

-Develops a business plan with Sales Director/Sales Executive detailing activities to be followed during the fiscal year, which will focus the DM on producing or exceeding quota.

-Prospects the entire territory by existing business lead relationships, phone canvassing, foot canvassing, vertical marketing, direct mail, developing client and CPA referrals and other referral programs.

-Works at improving both product and professional skills by participating and facilitating in training sessions within our Clients organization and through their own independent effortsJob RequirementsExperience: Experience as a Sales Representative (or equivalent) with proven proficiency in developing strategic sales plan continually achieving or exceeding assigned quotas. Proven ability to assist management in assessing market competition required.

PC literacy is a requirement.

Base 48K+
6 month “ramp up” on 70K scale
Total Comp. 80-110K Year One

Other Skills: Good prospecting, presentation, and conceptual selling skills with the ability to achieve quota. Displays maturity, competitiveness and good work ethic.
