Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in setting the Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy based on business factors in the Public Services business unit
Leads strategic and tactical recruiting efforts at the segment(s) level
Develops, adapts and implements recruiting strategy and sets team-wide priorities per the business objectives
Drives and executes reporting of recruiting metrics, trend analysis and process improvement
Maintains influential partnerships at middle and upper management levels
Serves as performance manager for a team of recruiting professionals
Coordinates closely with TA and client leadership

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent related professional experience
6+ years experience in the recruiting industry, including 2+ years in a recruiting leadership role managing staff and projects
3+ years experience in direct client management with demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining effective client relationships
2+ years experience in federal/public sector recruiting
2+ years MS Excel and Powerpoint and ability to build effective reports and presentations

Desired Qualifications:

Recruiting experience in a management consulting/professional services firm

Previous experience in developing and delivering recruiting-related presentations and training modules

Demonstrated analytical ability and critical decision-making skills


Travel requirement: minimal travel
