Position Summary: ASI is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of leading concurrent, cross-disciplinary software development projects to successful completion. In addition to running projects on a day to day basis, applicant should be a process-oriented individual with the ability to implement project management best practices, tools, and systems across the organization to assure the highest quality results. A successful candidate must have a demonstrated history of working with diverse, cross-functional teams, setting priorities, driving decisions, mitigating risks, and getting closure on often competing recommendations and issues.

Responsibilities:
•Manage project management personnel at ASI
•Collaborate with each department in ASI
*Define each major project’s goals and objectives and define the scope, constraints, and success criteria for the project.
*Identify each project’s deliverables, milestones, work breakdown structure, and task dependencies
*Assess each project’s risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
*Determine each project’s roles and responsibilities and organizational structure
*Define each project’s standards for communication, quality assurance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
*Estimate effort and cost for each project.
*Set each project’s schedule and assign resources.
*Assemble and present project plan for each project.
*Monitor and track project progress and report on status.
*Bring each project to completion by summarizing project results, identifying lessons learned, collecting project metrics, and archiving project products.

Qualifications:
*5 years of project management experience in software development
*Knowledge and prior experience with application development, product management and software project management methodologies, including relevant tools.
*A degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field is desired
*Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
*Detail oriented and thorough proactive planner
*Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to perform and oversee multiple complex projects through effective project management
*Thorough understanding of software development life cycle, specifically with Web Application development
*Complete understanding of customer requirements gathering and analysis process and relevant tools and methodologies
*Team player
*Self-starter, enthusiastic, hard working, and highly productive.
*Can do attitude
*Project Manager Professional ® certification preferred.
