Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

POSITION SUMMARY:
Drives improvement and results in Talent Acquisition in North America. Will travel to CMCs in need to diagnose issues and address them. Evaluates existing pre-hire assessments and tools, and drives improvements and cost reductions in areas where maximal impact to the business can be attained. Works with project employees to understand key drivers of the business issues and works across departmental boundaries to address with a variety of methods and tools.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Deployed to challenging areas of the business that need Talent Acquisition focus. Will work with local teams to diagnose critical issues and develop solutions.
Provides leadership or assistance on new project or site launches
Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years talent acquisition experience
5+ years call center experience
Ability to drive/manage change in TeleTech's operations environment including demonstrating to key stakeholders the value of pre-hire process improvements.
Demonstrable ability to analyze current recruiting/selection practices and implement changes based on performance, site input, and client/program priorities.
Proven ability to manage and motivate project staff composed of individuals from various client and project groups, representing various cultures.
Proven ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and needs.
Must possess excellent analytical and writing skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrating integrity and ethical behavior.
Up to 50% travel required, both domestically and internationally as needed to support clients/projects.
