Job Description:

Self-directed, motivated Business Analyst to work in our Client Implementation / Toll Free Number Implementation Team, to receive and manage incoming toll free number requests as new clients are brought on board. Will work with user to define business process and information systems for those processes.



Responsibilities:



Serve as liaison between business and technical areas.
Work with business and technical entities to define business requirements and scope.
Conduct analysis of alternatives and make recommendations.
Provide assistance with user acceptance testing.
Assimilate, integrate and interface technical knowledge with business/systems requirements.
Verify technical system specifications meet business requirements.
Demonstrate leadership by coordinating the requirements, specifications and design and testing efforts for small to large projects.
Possess skills to manage junior level and peer team members at sub-project level.
Provide work direction, set and monitor goals and workflow.
Responsible for providing feedback on junior level and peers performance.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
College degree preferred.
Business analysis experience in an operational environment is required.
Effectively interact with senior management.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong concentration and focus under challenging conditions.
Good organization and planning skills.
Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills.
Includes universal and specific competencies as identified on the UHG performance appraisal.
Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems.
Customer Service focused.
In depth knowledge of systems & tools.
Understanding of current systems infrastructure.
