Senior Director Of Development

University of Cincinnati Foundation Senior Director of Development College of Law The Sr. Director of Development is responsible for both the annual and campaign fund-raising activities for the benefit of the UC College of Law. Responsibilities include devising and executing strategies for cultivating major-gift ($25,000+) prospects and donors from a priority base of 225-250 individuals; soliciting major gifts through in-person visits to prospects both in and outside Greater Cincinnati; collaborating and advising on activities involving the dean's assigned major-gift prospects. Qualifications include 5 to 10 yrs. of major-gift fund raising experience; Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred; success in closing gifts of $100,000+; ability to think and plan strategically with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to relate with faculty, staff, volunteers, alumni, and students.
