About The Position Duties & Responsibilities: • Senior Client Manager reports to Business Unit Leader • Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer • Creating real value for eTelecare Global Solutions’ sales clients, including understanding and driving key value metrics, setting appropriate performance goals, managing overall program performance, and driving continuous improvement • Communicating customer changes throughout the organization • Closely coordinating with Site Directors and Operations Managers to ensure understanding and alignment of client program goals at each site location • Monitoring program performance and taking appropriate action with Operations Managers. • Direct management of Operations Managers • Providing a solutions-focused, performance-based, development-oriented, positive working environment for the project team. • Owning and managing the program’s profitability to achieve shareholder value goals. • Identifying business opportunities and influencing internal and external constituents • Drive sales results by handling multiple priorities within deadlines • May require up to 25% travel (national and/or international) About The Rewards Work hard, perform well, and you’ll be rewarded with a dizzying number of benefits including: • Competitive base salary • Bonuses and commissions • Medical and dental coverage • 401k retirement plan • Paid vacations • Tuition reimbursement • Paid training programs • Comfortable work environment • Business casual dress Ready to be a hero? Required Skill Sets & Experience: • Project management • Sales operation experience (inbound and/or outbound) • Proven analytical and decision making ability • Basic understanding of call center accounting and finance • Experience with call center software applications, such as NICE, CMS, Aspect & Avaya. • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office • Financial forecasting and analysis skills • Superior teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills • Highly customer focused and results oriented • Highly self-motivated • Proficiency in tactical negotiation
