Senior Business Development Associate

The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is a research-based, non-profit educational institution with a singular focus on leadership. For more than 30 years, the Center has pioneered leadership research, produced publications and provided a broad variety of educational programs, products and services to leaders and organizations worldwide.The Senior Business Development Associate is responsible for sales (30-40%) and account management of existing clients (60-70%). The individual works in partnership with a Custom Conversion Design Faculty and a Project Manager to sell and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs. Successful associates would thrive in a collaborative account team environment. The Senior Business Development Associate takes the lead role in account planning and targeting, prospecting, qualifying and business follow-up. The individual ensures optimal presentation of Custom capabilities, materials, and products to Center clients.
REQUIREMENTS
We prefer a degree in business or behavioral science and require 6-10 years business experience including proven executive level sales experience and account management. Preference will be given to a candidate with knowledge of corporate training methods, assessment instruments and executive management development. Travel is required.
