Senior Admissions Specialist-Sales Representative

TechSkills, one of the nations largest and most progressive private Post Secondary Education Company’s is looking for Sales Professionals. We are currently experiencing significant growth with over 30 learning centers in 17 states throughout the United States. We have developed a unique blended learning approach utilizing the best of Technical Based and Instructor Led education that provides exceptional value, flexibility, and success for our students. We believe that nobody can match this combined education experience.


Due to our significant growth we are seeking individuals for our expanding admissions teams in our accreditation unit. Selected candidates will be responsible for recruiting prospective students into TechSkills various highly desirable programs. The ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends is required.


REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of sales/recruiting experience preferred but not required – (We will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.)
Strong work ethic
Desire for significant earnings and constant pursuit to be the best
Organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a high speed environment
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently via the phone and in person
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Computer Literacy skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
Possess high energy and passion for success
Commitment to the success of the students and company
Time and Task management critical
The ability to work self directed in a team goal environment.
