YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for talented salespeople to join our Strategic Accounts Group as Senior Account Executives! We are one of the fastest growing divisions at CareerBuilder.com, focusing on generating new revenue in named accounts. The Central Division encompasses major markets including Texas, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, and Illinois. We have doubled our revenue in the last year and we expect to experience 100% growth! Combine Inside and Outside Sales in this unique opportunity.

We have a fun and dynamic, yet competitive work environment. If you have the drive and desire to succeed, there are endless opportunities with the Strategic Accounts Group. Account Executive responsibilities include:
Consultative selling
Work deep into named accounts through cold calling.
Appointment setting.
Prospect/client needs analysis
Solution recommendations
Closing new business
Account renewals/management
50% inside and 50% outside sales

REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of B2B sales experienceDocumented proof of quota attainment and regional or national sales rankingExperience developing a territory and also working named account listsSignificant cold callingDocumented success selling large complex accounts with multiple decision makersPositive attitude and a strong work ethic is a mustDependabilityAssertiveness
Results-orientedAbility to work independently and be a team playerPossession of strong presentation, time management and communication skills
