Sales and Recruiting Professionals
Seeking Sales and or Recruiting professionals all over the Atlanta and surrounding Northern areas, with experience generating/developing Manufacturing or Administrative/Clerical staffing solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

· Knowledge of the Atlanta and surrounding geographical
areas
· Customer service/sales/recruiting experience preferred
· High Energy
· Multi-Tasking/Organized
· Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

·Determine client needs, place skilled employees on
part/full time assignments, and maintain quality control on all orders
·Develop new marketing and account strategies
·Process all client orders with complete job description
·Assign pay rates for field employees and bill rates for clients within established guidelines
·Compliance with policies and procedures, state and federal laws and guidelines (Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Human Resources, Legal, WOTC, etc.)
·Identify recruiting needs and participate in the development of outside recruiting sources
·Identify new business opportunities
·Cold calls to develop new business
