Dental Health Services is a leader in providing dental benefit solutions for employers and individuals throughout California and Washington. We seek a bright, resourceful, enthusiastic, self-starter who is service and action oriented.

Summary of Duties

As Sales and Services Coordinator you will provide administrative support and act as point of contact to our sales account executives and group service specialists and liaison to other service departments. Play a pivotal role in providing prompt, courteous and professional service to our many clients, brokers and agents. This means actively recognizing potential issues and concerns, and taking ownership for timely follow-up and resolution.

Your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills will contribute to to our Company’s growth and success. During a typical day you may respond to and providing general information to account executives, service specialists, clients, brokers and agents; prepare business correspondence, requests or proposals (RFP), customized plan benefit comparisons or proposals, member access reports for new clients, renewals and group service agreements. You will create and maintain new group and broker files, including group and broker agreements, licensing and related information and prepare periodic performance management reports and perform other duties and special projects as required by the department director and or vice president of sales and service.

QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Strong leadership experience
Bilingual-English/Spanish proficient;
Previous sales/high-level customer service experience preferred
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively with a “can do” attitude;
Able to type 40 WPM
MS Word and Excel literacy preferred; familiar with ACT, MS Publisher and or Adobe helpful
High school Graduate with some college preferred
