We are looking for outgoing, bright, ambitious college grads to fill our entry level marketing associate position. Distinctive Marketing Solutions is now offering positions at the at the entry level for sales and marketing! We will be acquiring a new client this week and are looking to fill several positions!

Distinctive Marketing Solutions is a marketing firm located in the Baltimore area that does sales and marketing for Fortune 500 clients. We do new acquisitions and retention for our clients. Due to recent expansion and the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for several more candidates to go through our management in training program.

Candidates should expect to learn all aspects of a new business as well as techniques in sales and marketing.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
*Meeting with new and existing clients
*Doing presentations to customize to the needs of the individual
*Attending business meetings for product knowledge, training, etc..
*Daily settle up reports
*Partake in job training exercises for human resource experience and team management
*Running campaign meetings
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:
*Excellent people skills
*A 4 year degree or relevant work experience
*Exceptional organizational skills
*A student mentality
*Willingness to learn (this is an entry level position)
*Ambition

This is a career oriented position. Although you start out in the sales position, we are looking for someone to work through our training program and develop into a management position.
