As a Sales and Marketing Associate with Ryan Homes, you will work with an experienced Sales and Marketing Representative and effectively learn how to use a consultative sales approach to influence the decision process and communicate value to our buyers through in-depth needs analysis.In addition, you will build excitement for the buyer as you promote and demonstrate the home and community, pre-qualify the buyer for financing, work through the construction process and ultimately build a lasting, long-term relationship.Training
The industry-renowned NVR/Ryan Homes Sales Training Program takes approximately 9-12 months to complete. The foundation of our training program involves working side-by-side with an experienced Ryan Homes sales mentor. In addition, we provide centralized classroom and field training with regional and corporate sales trainers and managers.On an ongoing basis, additional training is provided at the corporate, regional and divisional levels. Training topics range from Sales Negotiating to Construction Knowledge for Sales to Closing Skills.Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Four-year degree
High motivation
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Leadership experience
