CAR Financial Services is dedicated to providing financial sources to auto dealers. We are currently looking to fill a Sales Trainee position in Santa Maria/San Luis Obispo, CA area. Sales Trainees will be working with industry-leading producers while receiving most of their experience on the job. They learn the sales techniques as well as the operations of a Auto Territory Manager. After 6-12 months in the position, a Trainee must be willing to relocate to open sales territory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in the auto financing industry. Salary range for the Sales Management Trainee is $30,000- $35,000 DOE. Candidate will learn the auto finance industry while training to become an Auto Territory Manager. Territory Manager salaries range from $45k-$65k annually, plus un-capped commission.
REQUIREMENTS

Prior sales experience or experience in the Auto industry preferred. Degree preferred.
Ability to relocate after 6-12 months required.
Good computer skills including word, excel and outlook required.
Stellar communication skills both verbal and written a must.
Bi-lingual a plus.
