We are searching qualified candidates to fill the positions of Branch Manager for these cities and 4 Territory Managers to develop these regions. Managers will report to VP – Business Development. Lead operations of sales branch and territory performance in the field.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have direct market canvassing and promotions/door knocking experience, and be able to perform all essential business duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Conduct extensive training in the field offices with Team Leaders and Sales Managers.
Facilitation of Defender Direct Market Teams and the Sales Manager Training Program
Creation and implementation of new sales materials, promotions, and selling tools for the direct sales force
Assist with team leaders recruiting and hiring to establish direct market sales force
Conduct regional training conferences
Assist Territory Regional Management on current sales projects
Analyze and help produce regional sales reports
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:2 year degree is a plus, preferably in a business-related field.
At least two years experience in the management of direct marketing sales reps in the security industry. A minimum management level of Team Leader is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, management teams, or representatives of the business community.Ability to effectively network and present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
A thorough understanding of Excel spreadsheets and Office products are recommended.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
