Sales Support Specialist

The Operations team for the On-Site Department of Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack is recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist.

The On-Site Department of Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack specialize in working with companies to provide training at their location. The Operations team supports the Inside Sales Representatives in this effort. The Sales Support Specialist role is a great way to learn the ‘ins & outs’ of how a department works.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Sales Support Specialist will possess the following skills set and qualifications:

 Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
 Attention to detail.
 Proficient in Word and Excel. Access and MSM a plus!
 Ability to prioritize; work well independently, and in a team environment.
 Manage incoming leads, maintain On-Site database.
 Liaison between On-Site and other departments within Fred Pryor Seminars.
 Attendance and punctuality extremely important.
 Full-time, 9am-6pm M-Th & 8am-5pm Fri.
