For more information, visit http://www.genworth.com.The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing professional inside sales support for the sales reps; partnering with the sales reps in managing the quoting, new case submission and renewal processes; handling service issues as necessary; and interacting with producers to enhance relationships. This individual is expected to demonstrate expertise in all aspects of rating, proposal generation and all process steps involved in the acquisition and retention of business while maintaining 4 Sigma Sales Support for Sales Reps, Producers & Policyholders.Basic Qualifications:

High Integrity
Strong PC SkillsPreferred Candidate Qualifications:
College degree
Insurance industry background
knowledge of EBG/Genworth products & services
Presentation software knowledge
Boundaryless attitude
Fluent in Spanish
GB Certified
