Sales Support Representative, Port Orange-9/8/06

The Sales Support Representative will greet customers and manage the flow of foot traffic, answer telephone, process express & go transactions, assist with monthy inventory counts, research and inspect discount logs for policy compliance, stocking and maintenance of accessory planogram walls, manage and instruct paystation users. Assist customers with phones, accessories, feature purchases and price plan information. Process and prepare bank deposits and computer literate. Candidate will use and access the billing and point of sale systems OPUS and Care, plus other software application software devices.


QUALIFICATIONS:


High school diploma/GED required; Previous work experience should include extensive contact with the public, such as sales, customer service, retail, restaurants, telesales. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment. Computer proficiency.
