Sales Support Representative, Largo Mall

Purpose:
Provides administrative support to a sales team, typically in the Retail Store.
Greets customers and answers routine questions.
Performs general administrative duties in the Stores such as restocking collateral materials, pulling equipment from inventory, stocking accessories, posting Agent/Rep schedules, etc.
May access the billing systems and review customer bills.
Interacts directly with customers by phone and/or in person. Other general routine duties as assigned.




QUALIFICATIONS:

Specific job assignments may require day, evening, and weekend or holiday tours. Occasional overtime may be required.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
High School education or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in a sales organization.
Computer efficiency in Microsoft or similar products (Excel and Word).
