In this positon, you will report to a senior manager stewarding our mall and food service channels, provide world-class selling and retention support with the objective of growing the profitability of the assigned channels through aggressive, disciplined development of new Express units combined with existing same store sales growth and continuous improvement in execution of brand image and operational standards. Individual filling position should be ready to move onto a channel manager position within 24 to 36 months.

1. Ensure new business gross opening plan is met or exceeded by supporting channel manager(s) on new account prospecting; coordinate and execute outbound sales prospecting.
2. Pre screen sites (mapping and impact estimation); assist in registration package preparation.
3. Project management support (milestone benchmarking & tracking).
4. Manage renewal process execution and contract completion.
5. Provide trade show support.
6. Coordinate training enrollments.
7. Ensure initial food orders properly initiated.
8. Provide PEA support.
9. Aid in marketing program enrollment process.
10. Provide implementation support for WPRA growth initiatives.
11. Key account management support as assigned/requested by Senior Channel Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
TRAVEL: 15% to 30%
EDUCATION: BS or BA required.
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): Ideal candidate will be a high energy, aggressive, results-oriented individual with strong organizational, influence, and project and time management skills. Practical knowledge of conceptual selling, large project management, and/or business development preferred. Experience in retail/restaurant operations a plus. Must be self-monitoring, highly motivated and possess exceptional communications skills. PC proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
