Sales - Staffing

Our established staffing firm is seeking a staffing consultant to join our progressive sales team. Our organization is expanding our business which encompasses clerical and administrative placement as well as our traditional industrial activity in both the Temporary and Direct Placement fields.
We are seeking an experienced staffing industry sales professional who wants to be an integral part of this exciting time of growth for our organization.
The position entails prospecting new business through cold calling and phone work, scheduling appointments, identifying staffing opportunities, and building client partnerships through a consultative selling approach. Individual will need to be confident in communicating with all levels in an organization including
Human Resources, Management and Executives.
In this position you will also interface daily with the Operations team communicating details on open positions, marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Compensation includes: Base Pay, Monthly Commission, and Monthly car allowance.

Seeking an individual with 3 years sales experience in the staffing industry preferably in the clerical, administrative or professional sector, selling temporary or direct placement services.

Individual will need to have excellent communication skills, be self motivated, enjoy the art of consultative selling as well as building and growing customer partnerships.
