Mosaic is the industry's leading national field marketing company specializing in developing and executing field marketing events, sales/merchandising services and retail promotions for Fortune 500 clients. We are currently seeking a highly driven, dynamic professional, for the part-time position of Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and creating brand awareness by educating retail store personnel and consumers on the features and benefits of our client's DSL high-speed internet products and services.
This exciting on-going part-time opportunity will allow you to offer attractive solutions to consumers that result in a positive customer experience. For you to be successful in this position, you must possess a great personality, a natural ability to proactively engage consumers and the determination to overcome objections in order to effectively close a sale. Your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is key in achieving the goals of this program.
The Sales Specialist will be working in a fast-paced, consumer electronics retail environment using a computer terminal to sign up interested parties on behalf of our client.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven and successful track record in a sales environment
Available to work EVERY weekend either Friday, Sat. & Sunday OR Sat., Sunday & Monday
Willingness to actively approach & educate consumers on DSL products & services
Possess high-energy with the ability to effectively communicate
Quick learner with strong retention skills
Independent, self-motivated and organized
Strong interpersonal sales skills
Ability to thrive in a goal-based environment
Previous commission based sales success strongly preferred
Flexible and adaptable
Strong sense of personal and professional integrity
Reliable transportation
Must be at least 18 years or older
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
Fluency in Spanish highly desirable in certain markets
Additional weekday hours may be required in select markets
Technical
24 hour/7 days a week computer access
Strong computer skills in the internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite
Auto Insurance Requirements
All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.
