Mosaic is an industry leader and rapidly growing national field marketing company specializing in developing and executing field marketing events, sales/merchandising services and retail promotions for Fortune 500 clients.



Our client is one of the industry leaders in printer technology. As a Retail Sales Representative Back Up, your role will be to drive printer sales and educate store personnel and customers on the features and benefits of our client's products. You will work in various retail locations as needed, typically when the regular Retail Sales Representative is unavailable. The number of hours you are assigned are not guaranteed, however you will receive first consideration when a regular position becomes available.



Essential Responsibilities


- Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brand and product line
Sell client's printers, scanners and consumables/media in a retail location
Build relationships with customers while creating brand awareness
Build relationships with all levels of store sales associates and store management
Maintain demonstration units
Work with store management to ensure the sales floor & displays are properly stocked
Maintain current point of sale materials

- Complete daily on-line reports on time and accurately after every shift worked





Possible Work Shifts:



- Saturdays: 1-5PM
Sundays: 1-5PM



*Increased hours/additional shifts may occur due to program needs/peak selling seasons.


REQUIREMENTS




- Retail sales experience
Able to overcome objections and close sales
Comfortable with face-to-face presentations and demonstrations
Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products
Professional appearance, well-spoken
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to work every weekend




Technical Requirements



- Must have a PC computer with internet/email access and printer





Auto Insurance Requirements



All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.




Physical Requirements



The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read, talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize, and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs. to move stock or displays from the stock room to selling floor.
