All Sales & Service Representatives are required to meet revenue targets while providing excellent customer service. Basic computer skills are required.JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:Meeting aggressive sales targets and service deadlines by selling and promoting the AT&T line of products and services.
Handling residential transactions in connection with customer accounts to include work order related transactions in a fast paced call center.
Handling complex customer complaints, account discrepancies, and inquiries over the phone.
Analyzing billing information, computing and quoting adjustments, account balances and rates to customers.
