Pawn Shop Management, established in 1996, owns and operates 11 Pawn Stores, one separate Loan Center and Instant Auto Sales in the Las Vegas area. We also operate two Pawn Stores in Tucson, Az. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated people who are friendly, outgoing and sales-driven to fill positions at our many stores. We presently employ over a hundred people who we consider our most important assets. Our employees create a positive experience for our many customers through their friendliness, courtesy and professional manner. Commission Sales Associate
As a Commission Sales Associate at Pawn Shop Management, your opportunities are unlimited. While demonstrating excellent customer service skills, you will be paid a competitive hourly wage plus incentives based on sales, giving you the opportunity to earn top dollars.
The Commission Sales Associate has the following responsibilities:
• Make the customers experience a positive event in their day
• Meet sales goals
• Increase loan basis through loan process with customers
• Handling phone inquires from customers concerning product value and inquiries about their account
• Handle payments from customers and manage cash drawer
• Maintain impeccable store appearance • Computer proficiency
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, Bilingual in Spanish a plus
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills
• The ability to multi-task in a fast paced fun environment
• Must pass drug screening test – we are proud to offer a Drug Free Working Environment
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
