More specific details of this great opportunity are:

New account development calls and follow up calls.
Selling and processing orders, profitability to established accounts.
Account penetration selling to established accounts.
Product knowledge responsibility.
Attend sales meetings & district meetings.
Involvement in industry trade shows and new product presentation.
Provides accounts receivable collectionfor customers.
Perform geographical territory planning and analysis.
Maintain records of all company equipment at accounts.
Maintain sales presentation books.
Provide weekly reports to District Sales Manager.
Maintain ongoing communication with supporting departments.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid California Driver’s License.
Must live in and/or near territority where there is a job opening.
Reliable transportation.
Able to periodically lift samples and product up to 50 lbs.
Excellent sales and communication skills.
Able to speak and write English fluently.
Mathematical skills: Able to calculate amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, portions and percentages.
A proven track record of success selling in our industry and a stable work history.
Highly preferred culinary skills and experience.
Candidates with prior restaurant industry customer service and management skills and high knowledge of our products, preferred.
Preferred: Specialized training and education relating to the job.
Able to obtain automobile liability insurance at $300,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, $50,000 property and uninsured motorist $30/$60k.
Bi-lingual in Spanish, Chinese and other languages are also sought
