Sales Representative (account executive / outside sales)

My client is one of the leading manufacturers and marketers of reusable textiles, professional apparel, therapeutic support surfaces, and disposable and single use medical products. They are seeking a Sales Representative for the Textiles and Interiors Division focusing on selling reusable textile products to hospitals and laundries. Points of contact to include, Environmental Services Department, Purchasing/Materials Department, Hospital Administration, Laundry General Managers, and Laundry Owners.

Job duties include
Overnight travel: 4-8 nights per month
Work with Region Director, Director of National Accounts, Health Systems, Customer Service and other team members to grow sales and profits with current and new customers.
Make effective sales calls and presentations.
Establish and cultivate a pipeline of new sales opportunities in the territory.
Capture as much volume as possible under contractual agreements.
Develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
Leverage current and potential National Account and Health System relationships and contracts into new growth.
Establish the company as the leader in the territory.
Cultivate and maintain industry relationships through networking and trade associations
REQUIREMENTS
Previous linen & textile or medical products sales preferred
Minimum of 5 years selling into the health care industry

BA Degree required
