Sales Representative—New Business Development

Seeking a classic new business “hunter” to build a business from scratch for an existing company.



If you’re looking for the chance to show what you can really do—and earn accordingly—this is it: RGC Communications is a 30-year-old company that connects printing and web-driven direct marketing. We’re launching a new division to take a new technology into new markets, and we’re building a high-performing, cohesive sales team to bring this business to life.



As a sales representative on this team, your mission will be to identify, penetrate and close new customers. You will also help shape the selling proposition, and coach the rest of the team on what you do best—find revenue.

About the Company: RGC Communications is at the forefront of personalized printing and personalized e-marketing, and virtually alone in combining the two. We do 11 million pieces of personalized mail a year for Sears. We manage Grainger’s customized sales materials program—and delivered 1100% ROI for them in 2 years. And we are one of only three production centers selected by the US Postal Service for their Mail Online service.

About the Opportunity: RGC’s new division is selling a straightforward, easy-to-understand product that dramatizes our best capabilities. We’ll look to you to build on our recent success with a large, national organization and bring in others just like it.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:
Business-to-business sales and marketing experience.
Track record of quantifiable accomplishments.
Basic computer skills.
College degree.
Previous business development achievements a strong plus.
