One of the largest specialized providers of light industrial temporary workers in the Southeastern United States, currently has an opening for a Sales Representative in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a regular, full-time position WITH and NOT a temporary position.

Description:

Outside Sales Representative needed to expand our presence in Lawrenceville and to
generate profitable sales using company sales and marketing techniques. Works with the Operations/Area Manager to ensure client service requirements are met. Serves as an active team member with other staff members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Sell new business and expand existing business while maintaining required gross margin.

Develop a sales territory through cold calling, planned appointments, and other proven methods.

Travel throughout territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.

Quote bill rates to clients using the tools provided.

Remain up to date on characteristics of market, including but not limited to: TOP 10 clients of the office, local competitors, companies and projects requiring temporary help, top prospects for new business, credit worthiness of clients and prospects, business cycle of top clients.

Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.

Obtain completed credit applications, rate agreement, and indemnifications forms upon the close of the sale. Pass completed forms (including credit application, rate agreement, indemnification forms, restricted business approval, and client profile) to the Operations Manager for processing.

Submit Client/Job Orders to the office filling the order. Make sure to clearly communicate the requirements of the job.

Meet regularly with the Operations Manager to determine whether the office will be capable of servicing the prospects you are targeting. Meet with the Operations Manager immediately prior to closing, or upon closing, to determine whether the account can be serviced. Accountability for the final decision lies with the Operations/Area Manager.

Meet and/or exceed company established sales goals.

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.

Visit customers as assigned to ensure service satisfaction and obtain feedback for improved service opportunities.

Coordinate with the Operations Manager to effectively market the available skilled personnel.

Prepare and submit required reports as prescribed by management.

Perform other duties prescribed by management.
