Job Description & Duties: Operation of high volume new home sales office Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Prospect customers - Customer follow up programs - Manage prequalification / positioning process - Secure new home sales - High volume escrow management including: Design Center, Mortgage Company, Construction, Customer Service and Escrow Office - Co-Manage neighborhood operation with Field Managers and Division office.
REQUIREMENTS
12+ years 1-2 years new home industry CA Real Estate License, Windows based software, Microsoft Outlook, Amortization, Transportation Some college education - preferred CA Real Estate experience - preferred
