Sales Rep - PEO Outsourced HR

Leading provider of outsourced human capital management solutions (PEO) has an opening for a seasoned sales in an assigned territory. Your goal is to build consultative relationships with stakeholders in small to medium sized businesses. Company provides an out-sourcing HR dept. By handling payroll, workman's comp issues, regulatory burdens of personnel mgmt thus enabling them to focus on other aspects of running their biz such as income producing activities i.e. sales, financial mgmt, etc. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who thrives on the challenge and excitement of new business development. REQUIREMENTS
A proven track record of success in commission sales. 2 years experience b2b sales. Intangible sales experience a plus, but any B2B. Those with history of success in commissioned sales most likely to suceed. No more than 2 jobs in the past 3 years. Existing relationship with local companies preferred but not mandatory. Absolutely must have b2b sales experience. The higher paying jobs in sales are usually those that pay residuals...this company pays residuals!!
