Sales Recruiter - Account Executive

Spearhead Recruiting seeks high performance type of individual to fill a strategic sales/recruiting position within our organization.

Position will entail recruiting and selling within the Chicagoland territory. Primary focus on recruiting the absolute best sales candidates for our Client Partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Locating prime candidates, interviewing and screening.
2. Prospecting for and generating new accounts.
3. Achieving recruitment goals.
4. Winning new business through assertive prospect methods via cold calling by phone or person.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors Degree Preferred
2. Prior history of "winning" within competitive environments such as sales or sports.
3. Must have "pack mentality".
4. Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment and achieve objectives with no exuses.
5. Must be articulate and an effective communicator.
6. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
7. Strong relationship building,presentation, prospecting and closing proficiency.
8. Must be a tenacious hunter.
9. Prior success prospecting, presenting and closing new business.
10.Elitist mentality with a "failure is not an option attitude".
11.Must be computer literate.
12.Must be looking for a long term relationhip with Spearhead Recruiting and our client partners.
