Sales Person

Xquisite Xteriors, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales executive to handle all aspects of residential and or commercial sales for its North Alabama division. Our company provides expert services in landscape design, retaining walls, pavers, water features, irrigation systems, grading, outdoor kitchens, general landscaping and landscape maintenance to its customers. Xquisite Xteriors, Inc. is highly recognized as a leader in superior Landscaping/outdoor entertainment design and installation.
Job Duties:
• Aggressive Lead Generation
• Customer Relationship Management
• Assistance with Landscape Designs
• Proposal Writing
• Prepare and maintain status reports, pipeline, etc.• Customer Service
• Closing Sales
REQUIREMENTS
The successful individual will be a highly-driven, detailed individual with landscaping/construction experience. The individual will also possess a strong desire to learn and grow with a rapidly growing organization.
• 3 years related industry experience• 3-5 years experience in sales• Must have solid knowledge of sales principles, procedures and standards
• Proactive, attention to detail, self-directed
• Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Goal driven and people oriented• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Excellent organization and time skills• Ability to manage multiple projects• Understands and adheres to strict deadlines• Must be able to work independently
• Strong teamwork, multi-tasking, and analytical skills required
• Fully functional with Microsoft Office software
