Sales Operations Coordinator
The Clinical Solutions division of Wolters Kluwer Health uses its industry-leading intellectual property to create next-generation integrated drug and disease databases and point-of-care information tools for healthcare professionals. These tools aid in disease management, medical error reduction, workflow improvements, and more effective patient management and are used within hospitals, pharmacies, and physician offices. They also are integrated with healthcare systems sold by leading vendors. In this role you will report to the Sales Operations manager, and your key responsibilities will include:
oSales Team Support
oAssist in the development, maintenance and distribution of various territory sales maps and assigned account lists.
oAssist Interoffice project coordination - coordinate and provide sales information to various non-sales departments
oManage sales staff equipment and services needs - work with IT, HR, other divisions, and shared services to ensure proper set up of services and equipment for reps and management.
oAsset tracking, procurement, supplies - support for remote sales reps. This includes shipping and receiving of equipment from remote employees.
oCoordinate training schedules and serve as point-of contact for demo access and various training needs.
oServe as backup for expenses and various compensation administrator duties
oScheduling - meetings, webinars, maintain master sales calendar.
oSalesLogix Administration
oPoint of contact for SLX user needs - maintain tracking log of outstanding items and coordinate with appropriate IT departments to ensure completion.
oGenerate weekly sales reports as required.
oMaintain SLX data - clean-up, new users, territory maintenance.
oAssist in the development of SLX procedures.
oSales processes and systems
oDevelop, document and implement Sales Operations processes and workflows in a Sales Operations Manual.
oPoint-of-contact for processes
oMaintain reference materials - training binders, territory listings and maps, contact lists.
oMaintain sales tools and collateral - keep documents up-to-date.
oGenerate and distribute reports from the various CRM systems, formatting in excel.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Education Requirements
oCollege degree preferred.
oMinimum of 2 years administrative experience in a professional environment
oStrong PC skills [Microsoft Office] and experience with CRM databases.
