The position requires an individual to partner with management, colleagues and clients to support the day-to-day sales and marketing function for our emerging organization.

Position requires a high volume of lead sourcing/review/management, phone and email communication, collateral material preparation and distribution, maintenance of marketing inventory and coordination of trade shows is associated with this opportunity. This role requires significant interaction and communication with internal and external clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with Sales Management to drive lead generation program initiatives to penetrate new opportunities.
Use unique marketing techniques to deliver better quality prospects/leads.
Plan and manage all marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
Develops & coordinates production of promotional marketing materials.
Tracks & maintains inventory of all marketing materials.
Manage marketing communications & events, ie. manage user conference, trade shows, seminars, public relations programs & corporate sponsored events.
Monitors and supports trade show strategies & schedules, coordinates related promotional project activities.
Responsible for various marketing fulfillment duties, ie. direct mail, packages, letters, press kits & other sales literatures. Manages & plans advertising, purchase incentive and promotional communications projects.
Develop reporting and metrics and present progress of pipeline and account activities, including leads, proposals and sales presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Sales lead pipeline development by way of phone calling, email and face-to-face campaigns with prospects and clients.
-Develops positive relationships with clients, prospects and internal management.
-Reviews information requests, evaluates opportunity and provides appropriate sales and marketing efforts.
-Create, modify and send marketing and sales related correspondence.
-Support the ongoing development of tools and solutions for recurring customer requests. Suggest process improvements to help create efficiencies. Participate on process development and process improvement teams.
REQUIREMENTS
* Business - Marketing Degree with 1-2 years experience or 3-5+ years of related experience in business-to-business service sales and marketing
* Prior sales related work experience in b-to-b desired.
* Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
* Self directed and motivated with a passion for producing high quality work.
* Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles.
* PC proficiency in MS Office.
