Manager New Business Acquisition

Reporting to the Sales Leader - New Business Acquisition, this position is responsible for leading and coaching a team of 15-20 D&B sales team members specializing in new business acquisition. Responsible for personnel administration for the teams including salary review, team member development planning, training and onboarding, performance management and employee relations. Train and coach team members on Self Awareness Solutions/SMBS products to maximize D&B SAS penetration rates, and average product price. Use access technology to create a strategy that maximizes sales & quality performance. Monitor both audio and video performance in order to provide consistent feedback to team members. Responsible for reinforcing D&B's guiding principles with team members & promoting the DUNSRight Value Proposition with all customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree required with a preference in Business and relevant Business experience.
- 2+ years call center sales management experience preferred. Solid understanding of sales practices with extensive "selling skills" and a proven track record in demonstrating strong sales performance results.
- Altitude knowledge preferred and intermediate PC skills required. Familiarity with call center technologies a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
