Responsible for leading the sales team in attainment of overall sales objectives, developing and implementing regional sales and marketing strategies, and achieving regional growth objectives for all assigned markets and products. Building and developing census through sales and/or management of the sales team by providing prospective clients and/or responsible parties with appropriate information, conducting personalized visitations to all primary referral sources and interested parties. Representing Heartland in community events. Supervising, coaching, training, and hiring all personnel in the Admissions Department. Job Requirements:
-Being a self-starter with 3-5 years sales management or marketing experience.
- Health care sales experience is highly desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
